Guest Policies - Forsgate Country Club

CLUB CUSTOMS AND COURTESIES

Forsgate Country Club is for the exclusive use of its members and their guests. In an effort to grow with the ever-changing times, we have reevaluated the club’s policies on dress code in different areas of the property. We look forward to welcoming you to the Club as a guest and have outlined some specifics as they relate to dress code, cell phone use, tipping and other topics that may make your visit more comfortable. The Club expects all members and guests to adhere to these standards befitting a fine private club. Dress Code

On The Golf Courses
- Golf course and practice facilities
  - No denim at any time.
  - Golf shirts must be tucked in.
  - Collared shirts should be worn at all times; however collarless golf shirts are acceptable.
  - You are NOT permitted to change shoes at the bag drop or at the Starters Shack. You should change your shoes in our locker room.
  - Hats must always be worn with the bill facing forward.
  - Cargo shorts are not permitted for anyone 12 years and under.
  - No sweatpants or tracksuits
In the Main Clubhouse
- Grille Room
  - Golf attire noted above is permitted.
  - Un-tucked collared shirts are permitted.
  - During lunch hours it is strongly preferred that hats are removed.
  - No hats are permitted (5:00 pm – close)
  - Jeans are permitted (NO distressed denim)
  - Pool attire is NOT permitted in the restaurant (No bathing suits or cover-ups of any kind)
  
  Kids (14 and Under)
  - Clean and appropriate t-shirts are permitted
  - Parents are responsible for dress and conduct of their children and their guests.
  
  Restaurant 37
  - Business/dress attire is required for all dining events
  - Jackets recommended
  - Tee shirts will not be permitted

Other Policies

Cell/Smart Phone Use
- Cell phones are permitted, but please be courteous and responsible when using them (i.e. avoid disturbing those around you when on your phone).
Smoking
- Smoking is permitted only in our parking lots, smoking section of the outdoor patio, and on the golf courses.
Credit Cards
- Guests of Members may use credit cards in the Pro Shop and Grill Room.
